Good Friday Services for the Eastern Guysborough and Mulgrave Pastoral Charges (United Church) are 9 a.m. in Canso, 11 a.m. in Guysborough and 1 p.m. in Mulgrave. All are welcome.

Good Friday Fish or Corn Chowder Supper at Trinity United Church Hall in Mulgrave from 4 to 6 p.m. Cost is $12. Meal includes chowder, a roll and dessert. Take out only.

The Annual General Meeting of the Gerald Hardy Memorial Society and Rainbow Food Bank will be held upstairs at the Sheet Harbour Royal Canadian Legion from 6 to 7 p.m. We are an adult day program for persons with disabilities. The work of the society in the last year and new initiatives for 2024 will be discussed. Supporters will be thanked for their contributions, new board members will be introduced – and those retiring will be thanked. You are invited to stay informed and get involved. Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
