ADVENT CHEER: What is Advent Cheer? This is a fun challenge between our five Communities of Faith. Each community will have an Advent / Christmas colour and whichever one raises the most money, Rev. Heather will dye her hair that colour! The winner will be revealed at our Christmas Eve services. The colours are Bayfield: blue; Mulgrave: purple; Boylston: pink; Guysborough: green; and Canso: red. If you would like to donate, contact Rev. Heather at 902-533 3737 or revheatherd@gmail.com. Deadline is December 8.
REVERSE ADVENT CALENDAR: The Guysborough and Mulgrave Pastoral Charges are collecting items for the food bank using a Reverse Advent Calendar. Each day you pick up an item on the calendar and keep it in a bag or box. On December 17, bring all your calendar items to church and we will celebrate love. If you would like to participate, contact Rev. Heather at 902-533-3737 or revheatherd@gmail.com for a calendar. They are also available at each Community of Faith (Wesley, St. Paul’s, Boylston, St. Matthew’s and Trinity).
